stroke scaling whilst enlarging a design that has been grouped, outlined and converted to live paint

hi there,
i have a question.
i have set a stroke width of 1.2mm on a design.
once i select the design and then enlarge it (even though i have the stroke scaling switched off) it looks like the thickness of the stroke has grown.
photos attached:
notice the stroke width detailed on both photos are 1.2 mm
the top photo shows the design after it has been enlarged (with stroke scling turned off)
with a new line created at 1.2 mm ( which all lines ont hr design were before enlarging the design)
that is clearly smaller than the original lines.
just trying to figure out what is going on here.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Please provide a sample file. Doesn't need to be the actual file, just an artwork that is built in the same way. Change the file extension from .ai to .pdf, then you can upload it in this forum.
