SVG distorts the original logo when I save it

Maybe someone can help me . I have made a logo on AI 2023 and when I export as SVG his is what I get. A cropped logo on the edges and the top part. The letters also move slightly 

I have tried everything. I cant figure this out and why it is even happening.

You used the 3D effect in this?

it's expanded to pixel and then got clipped.

Since you export an SVG: is it even desirable that there are pixels in it?

What is it that you want to use the SVG for?

Depending on that pixels are appropriate or not. ANd if they aren't you maybe need to find different ways to do it.
