Text stretches weird when using envelope distort

Help! 

I am currently working on a project of illustrating with text and I can't seem to make the 'Envelope Distort - Make with Top Object' to work correctly. The stretch will not go all the way to my borders on the shape. This isn't my project, but here is an example. I have also tried changing the word "BOX" into outlines, and the same result.

Which version is it?

Can you reboot the computer and try again?

Does the same happen with other fonts?

Hi Monika! I am using Adobe Illustrator 2024, and I had orignally thought that the problem was my type of text I chose. So in the word box, I chose a different basic one - Arial Black. And it is doing it again with this. I will try and reboot!
