The image appears blank...

When recalling an image (saved to your computer) from an illustration, the image appears blank... Sometimes a pop-up window pops up saying that there is not enough storage space. I can't retrieve the image no matter what I do, I want to know how to solve it.

일러스트에서 (컴퓨터에 저장되어 있는) 이미지 불러오기 할 때, 이미지가 빈칸으로 보입니다... 가끔은 저장공간이 부족하다고 팝업창이 뜨기도 해요. 어떤 방법을 써도 이미지 불러오기가 안돼네요 해결 방법을 알고 싶습니다.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of the OS & Illustrator? Do you have this issue with a specific image or specific file? What happens when you place the same image in another document? Also, as @gianvitulano  asked earlier, what image format you're using?
