The option for LTR and RTL is missing in my paragraph panel

I don't have the essential "Right-to-Let Paragraph Direction" component
please help me with that.

Creative Cloud "Tercihler" bölümünde, kurulumdan önce "Dil Tercihleri" ni seçmeniz gerekir. Seçtikten sonra kurulum bölümü değişecektir. Illustrator'ı daha sonra yükleyin. Paragraf paneliniz, yeniden açtığınızda değişecektir.
