Toolbar not displaying on Illustrator beta

There's a glitch with the toolbar, it's not displaying, and the toolbar needs to be reconfigured every time because when you restart Illustrator, the toolbar disappears, and you can't even use the shortcuts.

Did you already reset the preferences? This will erase all your settings.

Windows 11, the last version of the beta 28.0.

Yes, I erased all the settings, but it doesn't change anything. I tried to reinstall also, same thing.

• You can also attempt to copy preferences from the public/general version of Illustrator (v27.8.1) to Illustrator Beta. Specifically, copy the tool and preset folders from the preferences folder of the general version to the preferences folder of the beta version.
