Transform Panel

I am having issues scaling objects when using the transform Panel.

This problem appeared just over night,
prior I could scale objects, by multypling, subtracting etc.
I many times use the golden ratio to divide or multiply an object.

For example: I have a circle that's 50 x 50 and I want to increase the size with 1.618.
Now it just increases the size without the dot, so it's 16383 pt.

However if I multiply it with round numbers like 2 / 3 / 4. it "works".
I never expereinced this issue before, but it's really annyoing.
Thx for any help in advance.

Does it work if you use commas as dividers instead of dots?

This is funny, before posting on here, I tried changing the "workspace" to "essentials" and it worked.
After closing illustrator and opening up again, to retry it, it didn't work, so I tried other "workspaces" to no avail.
I tried using commas and it didn't work either.

And now after reading yer reply, it works 🤐🤯

It seems I'll have to use commas instead of dots from now on.
I am still unsure why dots aren't recognized anymore...

In any case thank you for replying, cheers! 🙂

It may have something to do with your divider settings on the OS level, so you could check that.

Maybe, however, I haven't changed anything
since the last time it worked normally.

Nevertheless, at least the comma alternative is working so it's okay. Cheers!
