Trial error on Illustrator

I have had Illustrator for a while. Making my monthly payments. I upgraded my Adobe now it wants me to buy it again? It says that my trial has expired.

please help!

I will see what I can do. I really dont want to make this any harder then

what it is. i hope it works. If not do you know if Adobe has a support team

that can remote in and fix it for me?
