Trouble with cutting out text and compound shapes

Hey all,

The goal of my project is to cut out the text from the square. I have already turned my text into outlines, and I'm using the pathfinder tool (minus front) to cut out the letters. The problem I'm having is the "r" in "Murphy" is casting a shape over part of the "p" cutout and I can't figure out how to fix it. I've attached screenshots and the working file if anyone can help.

Your svg looks fine.

It may be a preview problem.

Try Cmd or Ctrl E to switch between GPU/CPU Preview.

I get this note about fonts when trying to open it in Ai. After accepting note I was able to open file but can't catch casting.
