Tutorial in directly in Illustrator?

Hi, i started to explore Photoshop and Illustrator. In photoshop, you can follow tutorials directly in the programm, the window open automaticly, but no in illustrator. How can i access this in Illustrator? Thank you

Can you access the Learn panel?

And do those tutorials perhaps act like so?

If it's not in Window > Learn, then you don't have it in your version.
