I am a brand new user of Adobe Illustrator though this is not the first Adobe app or tutorial that I have used. I wanted to use the hands on tutorials like I have with other apps. I noticed that on certain steps it will say "as shown", indicating that there should be an example image or animation to guide me through this step. I reached out to support and we started a session where they could see and control my computer. I was told that all that meant was that I wasn't clicking the question mark symbol, mind you, this was on the previous steps and unrelated to the new step I was working on. While support opened different tutorials we both saw and acknowledged that other tutorials loaded images or animations for steps that read "as shown" but found other tutorials that had the same issue as the one I was working on. I have tried using a different computer, shutting down the app, reloading tutorial, etc and the problem persists. Has anyone else had issues with tutorials not loading these items? Were you able to fix it?
It's not a big deal as for these basic tutorials are just for me to get accostumed to navigating the app and using very basic features but it is incredibly frustrating to be looking for an example and it not being there.
You can see on step 4 it says "at shown". Support simply clicked on the question mark on Step 2 insinuating that this is what the tutorial meant to show me but I think it was supposed to show me where I needed to move the sun. Again, this would have no effect on the tutorial but I just want to know if anyone else has encountered this or if I am just doing this wrong. I love these tutorials so I'd like to make sure I am understanding how to navigate them. I haven't had this issue with Photoshop or PremierePro.

Are you seeing no images at all in the Illustrator tutorial section? No tutorial has images?
Which one is it that you are currently using?
When you scroll down to the very bottom there is a button to read in a browser. Does it show images there?
