Typesetting or text is broken when my file is saved to cloud

This type is meant to be on a circular path. — What is going on here?

The file is saved to the cloud. 

Previously I was saving to Google Drive — but it was problematic and text and type started disappearing from the file.

Would you mind sharing some more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator, the folder location where your file was saved, whether any changes were made to the file/system recently, and the public link to a sample file so that we can investigate this further?

File was first created and saved late 2023

I'm not comfortable sharing the file publicly as this is client work but will create a duplicate of some elements to share.

I should also note that if I select all on artboard/copy then delete all — then command F to paste in place everything back in where it was — The preview corrects.
