Haven't been able to use Illustrator since their update.  Does anyone have a solution?

Adobe absolutely offers the worst customer service in the world, and every update is buggier and buggier.

I updated to High Sierra, yes.  Two updates to Illustrator have come out since then.  Neither fixed the issue.

Uh, no... not necessarily. In many cases, updating your OS too soon is the source of the problem.

Adobe has had access to High Sierra for quite some time, and has plenty of time to test software on new OS long before it's released to the public.  I waited 6 weeks after the release to update.  Plenty of time.
