in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Could be a preview thing, try Cmd E or Ctrl E to switch between GPU and CPY Preview.
You can also try to avoid double fills on text.
Select the text with the arrow selection tool and give it no fill no stroke.
In the Appearance panel add new fill and stroke (you may want to drag the stroke below the fill to avoid changing the type design).

As Ton said, the problem may just be a preview bug. Have you tried printing the letters to see if the same result occurs on paper? The glitch looks like a flaw with anchor points in the letters. The two points between the curve are trying to do too much with the curve in between. So you see the odd straight line thing along the curve. Sometimes I'll see that glitch happen when manually drawing paths in Illustrator using the Pen tool. Adding an anchor point between the two existing points on the visually glitching curve will often fix the problem. But sometimes that isn't necessary. Make sure the driver in your computer's graphics board is up to date. Also run a test print to see if the same glitch is output on paper.
