Hello @MahaB82A,
I completely understand how annoying it is to face crashes while working. Could you please verify the specific version of Illustrator you have installed and let me know if it exhibits this behavior when using a certain tool/feature/file?
Additionally, please consider trying the recommendations provided in this help article (https://adobe.ly/49UuOe7) and let me know your findings.
Thank you for your time and patience as we work to resolve this matter.

In addition to Illustrator I use Photoshop, After effect, & Premier Pro. I do not have problem with these apps at all, only with Illustrator. If it is a problem with the app provider there is no point of trying to fix this issue by myself.

Hello @MahaB82A,
I understand that experiencing Illustrator crashes on your computer while other programs function properly is frustrating. To assist in resolving this issue, could you please try the recommendations I provided earlier to see if they are effective? Additionally, please submit the crash report using your Adobe email address and share it here for prompt tracking. You can find the steps here: (https://adobe.ly/4fA2mzf).

I have done above procedure two times but nothing happened. I do not know whether doing this many times is the solution for this issue. Everytime it crashed I send crash report with my email address.

Hello @MahaB82A,
Thanks for the confirmation. Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of both the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/4gw69Px) and checking if it helps?
Also, try manually resetting Illustrator's preferences and checking if it helps:
- Close all Adobe applications.
- Go to Location C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe
- Rename Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Illustrator 29 Settings folders to Adobe Illustrator.old and Adobe Illustrator - 29 Settings.old
- Relaunch Illustrator from Creative Cloud
Disclaimer: Please note that renaming preferences folders will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also save a backup of the folders, the location of which is mentioned above.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
