WHITE SPOTS APPEARING ON WORKSPACE

I don't know how to fix this. My Illustrator suddenly shows these stuff small white spots, it's everywhere. It appears on certain files only. Weird. ANyone encountered this before?

What happens when you go View > Preview on CPU?

If this happens in vectorial works, there is a strange situation.

You may need to check your settings for screen refresh, screen performance.
