Why Illustrator CC 2018 changes anchor points position in exported SVG's?

When I open back the exported via Asset Export SVG's some anchor points in certain circumstances change their position while maintaining the original shape (approximately) of the curve. I made some screens: points on the first keep their position, while on the other two points are shifted. But If I use Save As instead, the points position in generated SVG is identical to the initial object. The decimal value in both cases is 2. I tried the maximum possible (5) to no avail.

What is the reason for this behavior? Is it a bug or some kind of optimization?

Might be the Decimals setting being too low.

Tried the maximum possible 5 to no avail.

P.S. I've just edited the question accordingly.

Do you open them in another app and save them there before opening them back in Illustrator?

Nope, I just export (or save as) in Illustrator and immediately open the SVG (also in Illustrator).
