Hi,

I recently updated Adobe Illustrator on my iPad to the newest version, 3.0.1, and it now crashes as soon as I open the app. I am unable to use the app or my files at all (I use the program for my small business). Has anyone encountered this as well and/or have a solution? I have tried everything listed on the Adobe help center page, but nothing has worked.

Hello,

Check if the crash is due to a known product issue or compatibility issue with your operating system.
Ensure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements.
Get the latest Illustrator version for improved product stability.

More information is here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/kb/fix-crash-on-launch-issues.html/Wellcare.com

Thanks,

My iPad was doing the same thing. Couldn't get anyone from Adobe to help. Kept crashing so I just gave up and cancelled my subscription, adobe has no customer support.

Yes, all I saw and still see are answers to questions and issues people had. I was not able to find a link & actually chat with someone to help me. In the end I had to pay to cancel my subscription. It was ridiculous. I still have the issue so even although I would love to be able to start working on adobe again, I cannot get someone to help with my issue.

You should have asked in the forum about it.

You need to be logged into your account and then also you need to enable popup windows in your browser, but some security measures still might prevent the chat window to appear. It can help switching browsers
