I have latest install of Illutrattor on my PC, CC 2020 Final 25.1 ,

But when i try to design simple thing, there always hang and display message "Can't Preview Not Enough Memory",

Is it bug?

Or should i add extra RAM to make this software run?

Thanks

You should check the memory usage with Task Manager. It will tell you if you are reaching the limit of memory or not. Never add RAM without this simple check.

I have checked it, it just using 28% of RAM, 12%of CPU usage, but tonight it hang then can't preview not enough memory again.

I don't know why. I have change CPU Preview, no success, still accured. Change to GPU Preview, no success, still occured.

Itu just do simple thing, typing, coloring, changing shape, then bumm,, it outlined preview and problem come.

Thanks

Hi there,

Sorry about the delay. I am hopeful that the issue was fixed. If not, please try the suggestions shared on this page (https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator/resolve-slow-performance-and-unexpected-behaviors-in-illu...) and let us know how it goes.

Also, I would request if you could share how much RAM is there on your machine.

Feel free to let us know if you still need assistance. We'd be happy to help.

Regards,

Srishti
