Action or script to change pantone

Hi!

I have a bunch of files (more than 100) where I got a Pantone wrong and I have to change it. 

Is there and any easy way of creating an action or using a script to automatically change from one Pantone to another.

I tried to create an action to replace the color but couldn't do it.

Which version of Illustrator are you using?

I can imagine to make an action that would do what you want, but it would be helpful if you were first providing a couple of sample .ai files, so one may have a look at them and inspect their contents.
