Ai error exporting as jpeg or for web

I need help, it is very urgent since I use this program for my work and it is difficult for me to be like that. Whenever I try to export a file to jpeg or for the web, I get a message saying that it is not possible to export it because there is an error and I don't know why this is due. Also when I try to save my files in ai format, they are always saved as temporary files and the truth is that I don't know why. If someone knows and can help me I would appreciate it very much!

Where are you saving the files? Are you saving on local hard disk, external devices or network?

save it on a local hard drive and try again.
