Can't Save Illustration

I am currently using Illustrator 2015.3 with Windows, I am trying to save documents, but everytime I try to save I get a dialogue box error reading, "Can't save the Illustration." I can't save it locally nor can I save it on network drives.

I've tried opening a new file and copy pasting then Saving, but I still get the same message.

Not going to lie rather annoying and I am on deadlines.

I've gone throught the following steps, but my PDF Presets folder is empty so I have presets to move.
