Hi, I feel frustrated about the colour differece between my original ai. file and the supplier given one.

I checked that both of the files are in CMYK, one of the standard colours is pantone 3308U, but the colour presented on screen is different. I mean the images in same file also have this problem, please see the images below fyr. Thank you!

Pantone 3308U is a spot colour. You cannot match it with RGB or CMYK, or check its colour with the colour picker. The colour comes from the ink used to print the packaging, it is mixed by the printer in a bucket.

Always look at Overprint Preview when working with spot colors.

What do you see when you double click the Pantone swatch in the Swatches panel?
