Error 205

I keep getting error 205. I have uninstalled illustrator and CC but the error still pops up. I have disabled the firewall and till the error pops up. I am unsure on how to stop antivirus software as I don't have any installed but "Apple clean up pro" pops up on my desktop everytime I open my laptop. I do not have access to a wired connection however I'm sure it is not that as I can work in PS just fine.
