how to open Adobe illustrator with (25,700) error

Adobe Illustrator will not open, screen comes up with (25,700) error.

Now what??  Without it no work can be done.

You have put your question in an Adobe FrameMaker group, rather than an Adobe Illustrator group. I suppose chances for a good answer is better over amongst the "Illustrators" 🙂
