Illustrator 25.3.1 crashes while adding Artboard

Every time i attempt to add a new artboard Illustrator 25.3.1. crashes.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?  Solution???

I've not experienced that.

You could start by resetting preferences. You can do that in Illustrator Preferences > General.

If that doesn't work, you could try uninstall/reinstall using Adobe CC Cleaner Tool. https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
