You do not meet the System Requirements for Illustrator, minimum 8 GB RAM:

What version of Illustrator and what operating system are you using? Since you used the term PC I assume that are you using some version of Windows. Is this a new problem or one that has been going on for some time? Have you recently upgraded your version of Illustrator? You should also know that Windows 10 runs automatic updates for most users. These updates can happen without you even being aware of them. Consequentally, if you are running an older version of Illustrator, all may have been well when you went to bed one night and things are now all awry in the morning. The best bet is to make sure that your program and OS are both updated as much as possible to maintain compatibility.

Oh !! I didn't know that. Is there any other way I can get it done? Is there any portable versions that can run with those specs?
