Illustrator da ultima atualização crachando

Depois da ultima atualização durante o trabalho o illustrator trava e só funciona abrindo e fechando novamente.

Did you reset the preferences when updating?

Exactly when does it hang? completely randomly? Or after specific actions?

Fiz uma reinstalação e os problemas pararam.

Aqui tá rolando o mesmo.

Basta eu tentar fazer um gradiente que o Illustrator fecha.

Desinstalei e instalei novamente. Continua na mesma.
