Illustrator2020 右クリックからの選択が動作しない

さらにOmachiさんには、uservoiceへの投稿とリンクの貼り付けまでしていただきありがとうございました。
自分の場合、英語での投稿となるとネットの翻訳機能を利用するしかなく伝わるように投稿できるのか不安でしたので本当に助かりました。
早速投票させていただきました。出来るだけ早く問題が解消されることを願っています。

Thank you so much for reaching out and highlighting this issue. I was able to replicate this issue at my end. This has been forwarded to our Product team and they are looking into it. 

As mentioned by Omachi, please post this on our UserVoice page. Once done, share the link here so that others can also upvote that.

This is the best way of communicating with the Engineering and Product Management teams regarding issues and suggestions so they can be implemented in future releases.

Windows 10(1809), Illustrator 2020(24.0.1) です。確かにコンテキストメニュー（右クリックメニュー）の［選択］の項目は一切機能していないようです。

他に報告があればいいんですが、このコミュニティでもUserVoiceの方でも該当しそうなものは引っかかりませんでした。（「illustrator 2020 context menu select」で検索）
