hola ilustrator no me habre, ya lo actualice pero aun asi no se abre

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of OS and Illustrator? Do you see any error message coming up when you try to launch the app?
Please try starting the app in safe mode and see if that helps. Please follow help article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/using/safe-mode-illustrator-diagnostic-startup-tests.html to do that.
