Image will not show up on transparency

I am printing transparencies for a 7 color design. We printed prior with all 7, but the size was not correct. We resized, but now layer 4 out of 7 will not print. The registration marks and information box print, but not the image. Also, if we add text it will print, but the image still will not print. There are two greens (light & dark) - the dark green (layer 4) will not print.

It is very difficult to know what the problem could be without seeing the file set up and how you're printing it? Have you tried placing the image on a different layer just to see if that changes anything?
