preview too dark

Hi, when I upload an author file for Adobe Stock created with Illustrator the preview is much darker than the actual colors. Can anything be done to remedy this problem? Thank you

Exactly what do you upload there? an AI file? A JPEG?

Which color mode?

Which color profile?

Is your color management correctly set up?

How do you export the file?

Does your browser support color management? Is there a color profile embedded in that file?
