When I group objects and want to pick up color, but that's wrong color.

It's no problem if I ungroup object

I don't know why. It hasn't happen before.

Maybe that other object is that gray color but has a blend mode applied (like Multiply) which changes its appearance. Your settings are not copying Transparency which would include that.
