It appears your message got moved to its own thread. Can you tell us what the issue is? Also, I used the Magic Mouse for almost a year before I gave up on it and bought one from Anker. What happens when you try another mouse?

If it's about unintended movements, try this: 

https://www.bettertouchtool.net/

I switched off horizontal scroll movement for ALL applications.

And now I'm finally in love with my Apple Magic Mouse...

Peter's reply above is the best fix for this. It isn't am issue with Illustrator, it's how you have the mouse set up, most likely.
