RGB Value Issues

RGB values change on their own in Illustrator 2021. When filling an object with black (R=0 G=0 B=0), it turns to R=4 G=0 B=0.

Am I the only one experiencing this problem?

I copied the contents into a new file and that bug was fixed. It seems to have been a file problem
