Shape builder tool

I cant find shape builder tool in my Adobe illustrator v. 11. I have also tried with shortcut key (shift+N) but unfortunately still i cant find or get it. Anyone can help me out.

Illustrator v. 11 was the first CS version, released in 2003. Is that the version you mean?

The Shape builder tool wasn't introduced until CS5, in 2010.

Thanks for reaching out. I agree with Doug. Shape Builder Tool was added in CS5 launched in 2010. Adobe Illustrator 11 never had this. I'd recommend you to use the latest version of Adobe Illustrator as CS versions are no longer supported.
