I am helping a friend with a logo issue for use in Google Ads. I have exported an .ai file as an .svg, and although I change the permissions to 'read and write' to everyone, the permissions revert back to 'read only' when the file is downloaded from the email.
Is there a fix for this, or a reason. I have tried changing the permissions globally in my application preferences, but it doesn't seem to work. I am sure that I am just missing something. If anyone might be able to help, that would be great. Thanks!
