Tint as a spot color

In illustrator 2019, I created custom tint swatch called K_70_spot (which is actually 70% of Black). When I spec a portion of art that uses this custom K_70_spot what is the correct way of calling this color out: 

 

100% K_70_spot   or   70% K_70_spot?
