Hi, I'm using CS6 ME version.

Whenever I drag and drop a text box, I'm unable to change its size, using its corner points.

I tried to reset and got this message:

Please help... Thanks

With that button you don't reset the preferences, you just reset the error warnings.

Can you try and View > Show bounding box?

Hi. The warning you're seeing is normal after a reset on CS6, and just means that if you previously checked "Don't show again" on any information boxes that pop up, they will now start showing again.

You say "drag and drop a text box"… from where are you dragging a text box?
