Weird? Exporting artboards from illustrator for banner ads renders a shift issue?

Ok this is baffling me completely. 

We all we are trying to do is export a series of artboards from Adobe illustrator which are each exactly 320x50 for the purpose of creating animated gif adverts.

So here's a screenshot of each artboard before the export. I have triple check and the girl is in exactly the same position, the artboards are exactly 320x50 - the logo here is in exactly the same place...

All we're trying to do is create a really simple frame by frame animation for this one... however, whether we export for screens ot export as, each file we get has a slight jump when we broght it into Photoshop.

Its not photoshop playing up, its illustrator as we've cheked in the finder each of the files and cycled through them in preview and the slight jumping is still there?

Very odd.

Red artboard rectange is exactly in place on each. I even pasted across all artboards as you can do to ensure its in exactly the same place. but this issue still exists? 

Help! A simple animation seems to be taking forever. 

Am I missing a trick here?

And you are exporting the artboards, not the artwork? Check"Use artboards" when doing Save for web. With the Export for screens Export artboards.

Also: those artboards themselves are aligned to the pixel grid, right?.

Why not do this in Photoshop using frame animation. You will only have to export once using save for web to gif? That will make your workflow have fewer steps/files, and avoid items off the artboard and missing checking that.
