Win 10 April 2018 Update leaves Illustrator CC with problems

Another Win 10 update took over my computer last week. After the dust settled, (a number of apps had issues) the last issue I have is with Illustrator CC. When I start the program I get this:

Illustrator continues to load after ok, but it has some problems. Is there a solution to this? Can I find this file somewhere? Since switching to the cloud version, I'm rather lost on "replacing" software other than to reinstall it.

I guess the version of Ai and Windows are no longer valid? Hope you are back in business.
