Does InCopy come with Adobe Portfolio?

Just wondering. I need InCopy for a project, and Adobe Portfolio would be a nice perk.

Does one get the 5 Portfolios with InCopy AND I already have 3 sites created with Portfolio (with the Creative Cloud service which I am giving up). Will the 3 sites still remain as they are?

Thank you Bob. I have retained InCopy from Adobe's suite of products having recently moved away from monthly subscription products. Keeping InCopy to retain access to the 3 Portfolio sites I have with Adobe.
