Microsoft Endnote to InCopy to InDesign?

Hello! Has anyone had success importing endnotes (saved from Endnote - it seems to become a Bibliography in Word) to InDesign in such a way that they maintain their links from superscript to the reference in the Biblio? I used InCopy to import from Word, and there appear to be links on the superscript, but they don't translate to links in a PDF (which is the final result we need). Any ideas appreciated!

    Are you making this PDF from InDesign or Word?

    I've tried exporting to PDF from InCopy, as well as InDesign. No joy.

    It was the name that threw me. Have you contacted them?


    It threw me too - the client kept mentioning their endnotes, which I thought "yeah, endnotes, that's normal", when they meant a totally different program. I have contacted the plugin maker, but since they only deal with Word, they have no clue.
