Hello @dmbianchi

We are sorry for the inconvenience. There might be a conflict with the Poppins font on the third party's system. If they have the OTF version installed, InCopy may try to use that instead of the Adobe Fonts version. They should remove the installed Poppins font from their system and activate it directly from Adobe Fonts. This should help resolve the issue. Let me know if you need any more assistance!

Thanks,

Abhishek Rao

Hi Abhishek Rao,
They do not have the Poppins font (OTF). Only Poppins from Adobe Fonts is installed.

Tks.

Hello. This does not solve the problem. My partner does not have Poppins OTF fonts installed. And the Indesign styles use Adobe Fonts. Even so, when opening the document (in the Incopy) my coworker gets the missing OTF font alert.
