Hello!!
I'm trying to get InCopy rolled out to our entire design team to help with our longer format projects. We've been using CC to collaborate and on smaller projects have been successful. However we just recently ran into an issue where a designer made a quick copy change requested by a client and when our proofreader went into InCopy to do his part that edit wasn't there and he was unable to access the 'Update Document' button despite it very clearly needed to be updated. All assignments were checked in and everyone's CC appeared to have been synced. HELP!
