Graphics card being activated shouldn't make a difference to exporting. As an experiment, turn it off.

WIth that much heat, I suspect the problem is that your CPU is not being cooled properly. You might want to look into making sure the cooling system in your computer case is working properly, because it sure sounds like it is not working properly.

But it's normal the i7 7700k take 6 minutes for 100 raw photos? I see tests in Google and people can take it to 1/2 minutes...

Perhaps one problem has nothing to do with the other. But I don't see how anyone can tell you what the solution is if you don't investigate the heat problem and eliminate it.

Also, I don't believe there is a "normal". It depends on a lot of things, including how large the images are in megapixels (not megabytes), how much and what kind of editing you did, what other applications are open and doing stuff, and probably a few other things that I can't think of right now.

My cooler is not bad at all.. when playing games is like 50ºC-60ºC so, its normal you get High temps when render? and 100% of cpu use? in your computer?

It doesn't matter the temperature when you play games, because LR is producing higher temperatures. Your cooling is not working properly.

I just tested the export process on my I7 3930, 32 GB ram. Exporting to same folder as originals on 7200 rpm hard drive.  I didn't have files that small, so I exported 50 42MB .nefs to full size 100% jpegs, average 13 MB final size. The export process took a little longer than a minute.

The 250 GB drive is relatively small. What is critical is how much free space is available, it should be at least be 20% i.e 50 GB free For efficient operation. If you have insufficient space ther will be a lot swapping taking place creating the overheating and other issues you are seeing. Just a thought.

As long as the CPU core temp stays below 100 degrees C there should be no over-temp throttling taking place. However, Intel has admitted there may be some thermal issues with the i7-7700k processor, which they are investigating.
