The last step of the "Lightroom Sync FAQ" troubleshooting guide says to contact support - how do I do that?? I've been searching their help page for 30 min and it just sends me on endless asine loops through articles & pseudo AI bots as useless as the original FAQ. Uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times at this point as well.
Are there any known fixes to this issue? I am stuck with "553 photos" out of sync, and nothing making it to LR mobile for weeks now.
Looking forward to Capture One launching cloud features so that Adobe has even modest competition in the space.

Well, I "fixed" this, by deleting the sync file that goes along with the lightroom catalog, and then applying a different star rating to ALL of my synced photos to trigger a cloud refresh.
HOWEVER, in a bizarre and frustrating outcome, Lightroom has now scrambled the content between all of my synced collections - meaning that the photos are the same, but of the synced collections now have been renamed to other synced collections.
At least my photos are syncing again, for now.

Nevermind, spoke too soon. Syncing is still stuck. no fix.

Any success yet? My LRC have been in pending sync since May 18th...

It seems I have now got it syncing - one of the many steps I've attempted over the past few days did something. Now, once I delete the "unsyncable" photos from lightroom entirely, and then re-import them, they sync to the cloud. Previously, this did not seem to work.
