Point 1:
So, you have two images selected, I do not know if they are both DNG files, but the most selected one is a DNG file apparently created via an Enhanced feature.. As such it has a particular DNG specification, that is not the same as a normal DNG such as a simple DNG in camera, or a COpy as DNG at import, or a convert to DNG.
As such, the two selected images are not the same file type (being picky with that).
Point 2:
Actually point to is a observation. As the Histogram is not shown, a particular hint is not shown, that being if the Image is an original, or a Smart Preview, or for that matter if the Photo is missing. Similarly no film strip is shown, so assuming the filmstrip images have the defaults for badges, the possibility that the photo is missing is also not shown. If the photo is missing, then the photo cannot be exported. If a photo cannot be exported, it cannot be edited from LrC in PS (and the Edit in PS options would be grayed out)

As fotos não são DNG nem estão faltando. São fotos NEF. Eu já exportei anteriormente várias vezes fotos neste formato para serem editadas no photoshop como camadas. Parece que o problema surgiu após alguma atualização do Photoshop ou do Lightroom.
Vai um print da tentativa feita com duas fotos NEF de um grupo de imagens do qual eu já havia anteriormente exportado outras fotos como camadas para o photohop.

Após as atualizações disponibilizadas hoje para o Ligtroom e o Photoshop, o problema desapareceu.
