in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

after updating the LRC application I do not see the last folders of photographs. How can I get them back?
Most likely, LrC has accidentally upgraded the wrong catalog file. You need to find your other catalog files on your hard disk(s) and upgrade those until you find the catalog with these folders. To find these other catalogs, have your operating system search for all files on all disk(s) whose name ends with .LRCAT (might be lower case)

Please describe more detailed.
Do you have imported the content of these folder in Lightroom?
Do you openend the correct catalog?
How much folders are missing?
Do you see the folder in the left side of the library in the folder section?
If it's possible please post a screenshot which shows the issue.
Try resetting the preferences of Lightroom Classic: How to reset Lightroom Classic preferences (adobe.com)
It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:

If this doesn't help, please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the LrC Help > System Info menu item. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.
