Adaptive Color preset

I have created a preset to just assign the Adaptive Color profile to an image (I know, RAW only).  The problem is, I get different results when I use the preset vs. selecting Adaptive Color from the BASIC menu.

When I created the preset, I applied Adaptive Color to a RAW image, the selected only 'Treatment & Profile' during the preset creation.  Should this work or am I doing something wrong?  BTW....the same procedure does seem to work for 'AI Denoise'. (EDIT: Actually, I must correct this....denoise appeared to work as the box was checked....however, it does not execute until you move slider or uncheck/recheck.  What is wrong that the presets do not seem to execute??)

The preset should work. Describe in more detail what you are seeing:

1. When you apply the preset, in the Basic panel do you see the Profile menu change to Adaptive Color, or does it stay at what it was (e.g. Adobe Color).  If the profile doesn't change to Adaptive Color, then attach it here: In the Presets panel, right-click it, and do Show In Finder / Explorer, then attach the selected .xmp file here.

2. If the Profile menu does change to Adaptive Color, then please post here two full-resoluti

@johnrellis thanks John....the error was on the part of the observer...me!  The problem is not with the preset....when selected from the left panel.  The problem seems to be when selecting the preset via a button on Loupedeck or Logi MX console (same SW).  When selecting with those devices, the history and right hand develop panel are updated, but the preset(for AI functions) is not executed.  The AI Edit Status icon turns orange indicating an update (execute) must be done.  I'd guess that this is a problem in the SDK.

The error is with the Logitech plugin.  Some versions ago, the API call for applying a develop preset to a photo added a fourth parameter, defaulting to false, that tells LR to do Update AI Settings after applying a preset containing AI settings:

photo:applyDevelopPreset( preset, plugin, presetAmount, updateAISettings )

You could file a bug report with Logitech (good luck with that).
